Mix hamburger meat with barbecue seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Layer bottom of hamburger stuffer mold with a layer of ground beef.
Stuff with desired ingredients.
Place a small disc of ground beef on top of the stuffed burger, then remove the patty from the mold and make sure to seal the sides perfectly so no toppings fall out while cooking.
Cook on a 350 degree barbecue on each side for around 8-9 minutes per side. Then cover with a piece of foil made into a tent to steam the burger for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Toast your brioche hamburger buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes on the top shelf of your grill.
Remove patties from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Top with your favorite condiments and toppings for the perfect burger.
Serve with french fries and enjoy! (I prefer the steak fries with a sumac seasoning added to the fries with salt)
