Super Bowl Nachos
Super easy and delicious crowd-pleaser nacho bar that your guests will love.
Equipment
- 1 roll of Parchment Paper (2 long sheets)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 2 lbs ground chicken or ground turkey
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 2 bags tortilla chips
- 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 23 oz On the Border queso sauce (heated)
- 2 cans black beans (rinsed)
- 2 cans pinto beans (rinsed)
- 1-2 cans refried beans (heated)
- 4 whole tomatoes (diced)
- 1 can olives (diced)
- 2 bunches green onions (chopped)
- 23 oz salsa
- 1 jar jalapeño peppers (pickled or fresh. Use 4-6 if using fresh, depending on spiciness)
- 2 whole avocados (diced)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 oz guacamole
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Add olive oil to pan and sautè diced onion until translucent.
- Add all meat and taco seasoning to pan. Cook until meat is brown and break it up into small pieces.
- Lay out parchment paper onto counter in two large sections.
- Place tortilla chips onto parchment paper.
- Add cooked meat on top of the tortilla chips.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on the hot meat so it melts.
- Add heated queso on top of shredded cheese.
- Add all cans of beans.
- Add heated refried beans.
- Add diced tomatoes, olives, green onions, jalapeño peppers, and avocados.
- Top with sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with cilantro (if desired).
- Sit back and watch your guests enjoy!
